Dr. Thet Aung (MBBS FRANZCP), is the founder and director of Riverview Mind Clinic. He is a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry and graduated as a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2017.
Dr. Thet Aung is a compassionate and dedicated mental health clinician with a deep commitment to providing holistic, high-quality care to every patient. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and years of clinical experience, Dr. Aung combines professional expertise with genuine empathy to support individuals on their journey to recovery and well-being.
As the founder and director of Riverview Mind Clinic, Dr. Aung’s vision is to create a welcoming, professional environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. His approach integrates medical knowledge, psychological insight, and community awareness — reflecting his belief that mental health care should treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Dr Amit Nagarkar (MBBS, MD, DNB, FRANZCP) is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive international training and clinical experience across India and Australia.
He completed his MBBS in 2005, followed by specialist psychiatry training at a prestigious medical institution in Mumbai, where he obtained his MD and DNB in Psychiatry in 2010.
Dr Nagarkar has over 12 years of experience working as a Consultant Psychiatrist within multidisciplinary teams, providing assessment and treatment across the full spectrum of DSM-classified mental health conditions in a range of clinical settings.
In 2021, Dr Nagarkar relocated to Australia to further expand his clinical expertise and contribute to the local mental health landscape. He completed advanced training and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2024, reflecting his commitment to high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
Clinical Interests:
• Mood Disorders: Comprehensive care for depression, bipolar disorder, and treatment-resistant mood disorders, utilising evidence-based pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches.
• ADHD: Detailed assessment and individualised management of adult ADHD, with a focus on improving daily functioning and quality of life.
• General Adult Psychiatry: Assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and complex mental health presentations using a person-centred approach.Dr Nagarkar is known for his compassionate and collaborative style, working closely with patients to understand their experiences and develop tailored treatment plans. He integrates psychoeducation, therapeutic strategies, and family involvement where appropriate to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr Nagarkar enjoys music and painting, and values time spent travelling with his family. These interests support a balanced perspective that informs his thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care.

Dr. Thet Htay became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) in 2005 and was awarded the Completion Certificate of Specialist Training (CCT) in General Adult Psychiatry. This prestigious recognition underscores his commitment to excellence in the field of psychiatry.
Dr. Htay has trained and practiced psychiatry in the UK for nearly 18 years, gaining invaluable experience in a variety of clinical settings. For the past four years, he has served as a staff specialist in Australia, where he continues to make a significant impact on the lives of his patients.
With decades of experience in clinical psychiatry, Dr. Htay truly embraces a patient-centered approach in his daily practice. He believes in building strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring that his patients feel heard and supported. He provides evidence-based treatments that encompass both pharmacological and psychosocial interventions, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.
His special interests include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Dr. Htay is passionate about helping his patients navigate their mental health challenges, guiding them toward recovery and improved well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr Paul Erohubie (MBBS, FWACP, FMCPsych, FRANZCP) is a psychiatrist, holding triple fellowships and possessing extensive clinical training and experience across Nigeria, the West African sub-region, and Australia.
He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2008 from the University of Benin. Subsequently, he achieved dual fellowships: first, from the West African College of Physicians (Faculty of Psychiatry) in 2017, and later from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in 2019. Throughout his postgraduate training, Dr Erohubie developed advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies in delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered psychiatric care. His expertise spans the full spectrum of psychiatric service delivery, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings.
For approximately six years, Dr Erohubie practiced in Nigeria as a general adult psychiatrist. He specialized in the management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and childhood neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD. His clinical repertoire also includes the management of a broad range of other psychiatric conditions, including psychiatric emergencies.
Driven by a commitment to ongoing professional development and a pursuit of excellence, Dr Erohubie migrated to Australia in 2023 via the specialist pathway. He subsequently attained the fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) in 2025.
With a career in psychiatry spanning nearly a decade, Dr Erohubie continues to provide trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment tailored to the unique needs of each patient. He integrates clinical rigor with a patient-centered approach, ensuring that care is accessible and supportive through both in-person consultations and telepsychiatry services.
Outside his professional commitments, he values spending quality time with family and friends. He is passionate about public speaking, advocacy for individuals with mental illness, and offering commentary on national issues and politics. Additionally, he enjoys both playing and watching football.
